Enquiries can include your name, email, phone number, message and the product, dimensions or finish you are interested in. Order requests include your contact details, selected pieces, quantities, configurations, billing and delivery details, acceptance of the order terms and any optional marketing preference.

Commercial applications can also include business details, ABN, website, location, project needs, quantities and timing. Please only provide information needed for your enquiry or order.

This website accepts order requests; it does not take payment or collect card numbers at checkout. We confirm orders and arrange payment separately by invoice.

The site uses browser session storage to remember your cart, selected configurations, checkout draft, delivery quote and submission reference in that browser tab. A checkout draft can contain the contact and address details you enter. You can clear this information through your browser’s site-data settings; avoid leaving a draft open on a shared device.

If you use address search, Google Maps processes the search you enter. Suburb lookup and delivery estimates use Photon and OpenStreetMap-based routing services. These tools receive the search terms or coordinates needed for their function. Opening an external map also shares information with that map provider.

We use your details to respond, confirm specifications and pricing, prepare customer and workshop records, issue invoices, fulfil orders, provide after-sales support and manage accounting or legal requirements.

The site runs on OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure and storage. Resend delivers website enquiries to our studio and sends order and enquiry acknowledgement emails to customers. Our business email service handles our replies. Order details are sent to Wix to manage customer records and draft invoices. Workshop notifications are sent to our business account. Relevant delivery details may be shared with the people arranging or carrying out your delivery.

These service providers process information under their own privacy terms. Some processing or storage may occur outside Australia. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy policies.

Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and request information for operation, security and troubleshooting. Our site also stores order and submission records to confirm requests and prevent duplicate processing. The current storefront does not include advertising pixels or a visitor analytics integration.

Access to workshop records is restricted. Customer order summaries use a private link; share that link only with people you want to see your order details. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

The checkout’s news and new pieces checkbox is optional. Your choice is recorded with your request. You can withdraw a marketing preference by emailing us to unsubscribe, or by using an unsubscribe option in a marketing email. Order and service communications may still be sent when needed.

We retain enquiry, order and business records for customer service, fulfilment, accounting, dispute resolution and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us what information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or manage an existing order or dispute.
